Not much you can do here man , you can either keep trying to take the seeds out , but in all reality its not going to happy . So you either need to cut them down and start over again or you can just harvest the seeds but even then i wouldn't really use them cause they got hermie genetics . If the pollination happened all over the place as you say, then there's little you can do. I would start over or let the seeds develop so you can get those at least
