I would in fact lst might be a little difficult as your stalk has gotten pretty sturdy so it may not want to bend easily. But I would atleast top or preferably fim the top to get those branches growing out

How much / often should I be defoliating?Currently on my 2nd grow. How often should I be defoliating? I did a big defoliation at the start of flower, but it seems like after a week they've grown it all back. I'm worried I will stress them out if I defoliate too much. Do I hold off a week or 2 before doing more?

How many PPM the Run-Off must be if i give 650PPM? I give them 650PPM nutrients and i saw some curling and yellow tips, so today i flushed with RO water at 5PPM and my Run-Off was 900PPM. 😵

Is some light defoliation required or should I let them live freely?All my plants are bushy and it's a struggle to get them all aligned so all the flowers are in the light.
