Are my pots sitting too low in the crates? and is the middle pot soil level too low?

An inch won't make too much of a difference. Since you haven't transplanted, could just dig the hole a little less deep and fill in around it. as long as crates don't block light, it shouldn't be a problem.

Gentic Varrence In CBD Autoflower Backcross? Loss of CBD/THC Ratio?Question: If I use a silver solution on one of the autos from the same strain/breeder, will I run into any issues like wild genetic variance of CBD/THC ratios? Plan: Autoplant1 - silvered to produce pollen, Autoplant2 - receives pollen from autoplant1 = seeds harvested.

Specks don't appear to be bugs .. I can say that the leaves do feel rather dry to the touch also. not ruling out bugs , definitely possible. either the nute water splashed on it causing a burn or there are bugs I'm guessing the 2 most likely reasons for the brown and small holes.
