Yep, any large leaf not getting much light can go. In that state the plant spends more energy to keep them alive than it gets from the photosynthesis the leaf provides. When the plant realizes this, it cuts the leaf off and let's it die. You can save her a bit of energy by doing it beforehand though.

yes get rid of anything that looks dying, your growing the buds and you dont smoke those leaves

yes and its close to the soil could pick up pathogens get rid of dead and dying leaves, they aren't gonna come back to life gl
