I think itâs the heat that is bringing these girls down. If you can keep the heat lower, Iâd expect them to bounce back.

Did I over-defoliate these? Are they looking healthy for day 22 or so of flower?This is my first grow. I know my plants have a shape problem, I didn't know about LST during veg and wasn't taking it seriously (I tried to train one but it was too late as you can see). They had a very rough veg life but now they seem happy in stable conditions. How do I look?
