I think it’s small because it’s not getting enough light. I had the same issue with my 1st grow, when i got a proper grow light the new plants is way bigger. Consider getting a new light or if it’s outdoor, well hope for loads of sun

28cm is fine for week 5. I don't see an issue. It will be well over 100cm 3 weeks into flower.

Does too much humidity stop or slow flowering/growth?Does grow stop entirely with too high humidity? We are currently in a heatwave and I have no way of getting my humidity down. When to Flower?Without knowing the true age of my plants. I'm wondering when I should flower. The tallest is about 30 inches off the floor. I need about 16-24 inches for my lights at the top of my tent, and my tent is 8ft tall. Any tips are appreciated. Looking to try to max my yields!! Thanks!
