Hello ! No : it is not good to defoliate in flowering , the goal is to do it before to have a better flowering. LST is also recommended to be done when the stems are still flexible or could break them. Now concerning your plant : Yes 25 cm is very short for a photoperiodic strain and at that stage it should be at least around 50cm but it is normal : you only feed with 0.48 Ec but should be around 1.5/1.8 Now. I think your plant is not feed enough. I hope it will help you

Hey Paparazzi, i think you already defoliated in the last weeks, this is fine, but no more... why? you're already at the end of the flower stretch and you don't want to cause any stress to the plant so it can make flowers and not leaves, if you take too much the plant will focus on making leaves not flowers, and i guess you like buds not fan leaves ! Is your plant small ? yes in a way, probably a combination of things like the heat (28°C) is too high, the pot is kind of small, the lights are a bit weak, and of course the plant suffered a lot of stress from the HST. Because you see for you it's just taking a leaf off, but for the plant it's HST ! but I do think this plant will grow more, and even if it doesn't i think the defoliation and other stuff will make fat buds, so don't worry. So far everything is fine, just keep doing what you're doing and give the plant a rest. Hope this helps man ! 🚀
