@rypat1992 Sorry to hear about your little guy. Cotyledon are used to get sunlight for photosynthesis just long enough for the first true leaves to form on the plant. With one less cotyledon your little guy will have a reduced ability to photosynthesize however it should not prove fatal and will not slow it down for long. If you typically use the CFL's to veg and the 600w LED later then I would change that up this time and utilize the LED right now. You want to ensure this last cotyledon isn't looking for extra light (Dont burn it tho of course). I hope this helps and best of luck with your Girl Scout Cookies! 😎

Hi @rypat1992! Well basically less leaves = less photosynthesis = slower growth. Fortunately, cotyledons are not that much important, since the first true leaves will appear very quickly and - in most of the cases - create shades on the cotyledons that will die anyway. No drama in here, just make sure every other parameters are perfectly adjusted and she should be fine. Happy growing 👊

autos from fast buds sort of sprout vigorously, maybe too vigorous in this case - just keep an eye on it, but usually plants will pull through even the toughest situations, i even saw someone take a clone from a singe leaf lol seedling stage is stressful though, i'll give you that - keep us posted ! 🚀

Hello ! Nothing that could be harmful for your plant but it will slow her down just a bit as she have lost a part of her photosynthesis tool. I hope it will help you 😉✌️🏼
