Throw it away, this plant is doomed and will never recover, no matter what you do.
There are so many issues, I don't know where to start!
Sorry for being so blunt, but it is what it is.
The only plants that I have ever seen that are sicker than this plant are plants that were foolishly grown under continuous 24/0 light.
Feeding every watering has been one mistake, feeding evert third watering is the way to go when growing in soil - that is - plain water/plain water/feed/plain water/plain water/feed, so that the plant is only being fed every 7-10 days.
Watering to run off, so that there is water coming out of the bottom of the container, is vital too, this helps prevent nutrient salts from building up in the soil to toxic levels and eventually burning your plant.
For a comprehensive guide to growing in pots with soil, google "Mandala Seeds" and on their home page click on "grow guide" and you will find a wealth of information that applies to all cannabis, not just their seeds. It should be compulsory reading for all new growers and will give you plenty of tips on how to grow successfully and harvest nice buds.
Unless your pH was above 7.5 or below 5.5, nutrient availability did not play a part in this plants condition, a plants capacity to access nutrients in this range is almost unaffected, it is only when you go outside these extreme parameters that true nutrient "lock out" occurs.
However a pH in the range of 6.5 to 7.2 is perfectly fine and something to aim for when growing with soil.
pH only becomes super critical when using hydroponics to grow, as the chemical fertilizers used in those systems need fairly exact pH levels for the nutrients to become accessible by the plants.
Hope this helps, ..........
