Hello. In veg you need 18 hours of light . When you flower you need 12 hours light and 12 hours of dark. Pick a place, inside or outside. Not both. Please read up on how to grow cannabis. You are asking a lot of questions that can be answered easily by reading. Chuck.

what ppfd for 20/4 autoflower?Just bought the FC-4800 and before this I had always measured my light using inches away from canopy however I want to learn how to use the light using PPFD. I have found average measurements online but what should I aim for for a 20/4 autoflower schedule please?

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

These Bruce Banner #5 Fem plants stretched 3 x the size after switching.. 630w lights were at 100% 1st 2 weeks of 12/12 now @ 80% for last 2 weeksI've cable tied the lights to the tent bars and they still stretched within 3 or 4 inches. I turned lights to 80% now @ 850ppfd on top 700's mid. Week 5 of 12/12. Will I be Ok ? Any suggestions ? not seeing any bad news yet ! Been within inches for 2 weeks. Leaves mostly prayin
