About to start my first indoor grow. I have a lumatek attis 200w light. Has anybody used this light and if so could you give me some info on light height and power settings for the various stages of my grow please.. many thanks

To be honest that’s a bad ass lamp. In a great way 👌🏾. I never used one before I only can give you my experience on growing. I try to keep my lamp between 24-30 in away at seedling stage if lamp is not dimmable once plants get there first true leafs once plants develop a good root system 18-24in keep an eye on leafs for any curl up due to light intensity. LEDs can get pretty close to the plant. General rule to follow tho, is that if you hold your hand at the top of your plant, and it doesn't get hot after a few minutes, you're good. If it gets hot, raise the lamp.

Thats a pretty low power light. I'd say full power, 20 inches away for veg, and maybe 12-14 inches for flower. If you see a lot of stretch, move the light closer, if you see signs of light/heat stress move it up a little. You can play around with the height and power and see what works best for your plants. Is that just a light burn or could it be something else?One bud in the middle of my plant is much lighter than all the others, which all look healthy and green. I think it was due to the too small distance of my light, which was only 20cm (8") between canopy and light. I have now moved the light to 35cm (14").
What are your opinions?
