is this dehumidifier bad?

Hello! I'm just wondering if this sort of dehumidifier is somehow harmful to our plants. The fact it has a tablet and that it claims to remove 70% of smell let me suspicious.

Ya I would say this is a no go. Stick with normal dehumidifiers or if smell is an issue look up ona gel. Good temporary solution but works great.

How crucial is an exhaust fan and a carbon filter?I cant find anything in my country as a kit, but would buying them piece by piece work?
Example something like in the photo connected to an air duct and then to a carbon filter?
Or if the exhaust fan is not crucial? how can i get rid of the smell in a cheaper way?

Humidity won't go down because of clay pebbles ?Though my extractor is at high speed, I have a hard time with controlling humidity, I hardly go under 68%, specially during the night. Probably it's the clay pebbles since the pots don't have a lid. I placed the temp/humidity probe near the tallest leaves. what do you think ?

How do I drop my RH down when nothing works? Check Diary. Will defoliation be a good idea? Open tent door and leave it open?My 2x2 is starting to crowd. This is driving the RH to over 70%. Should I defoliate to help with crowding and RH? Or should I just leave it alone? RH in lung room is 48% Exhaust fan, high or low with a dehumidifier, doesn't work. What should I do? Defoliate? Currently using a 4x8 tent in a garage that is dusty. would getting a extra intake be better for my plants?Currently using a 200mm inline exhaust with a max cfm of 537,96 and using a intake with a max cfm of 194. currently using the exhaust on medium setting so 466 cfm. would it be better for my plants to get more air from outside with a new but small intake of about 128 cfm ?Other. i have a 0,80mx1,50m tent with a Rhino Pro carbon filter 765m³/h inside the tent and a carbon filter 800m³/h on the exhaust.
smell inside the grow room is quite subliminal but i can recognize it...
