Probably overwatering. It's not like I can really tell from the picture, but it could be nute burn. But you're also showing minor signs of deficiency too. Perhaps you had a deficiency and overcorrected? If not, just try not to overwater and watch your pH going in and coming out. Bad pH can cause all sorts of problems. You should also keep an eye on your EC.

Why is my plant looking like this? She was fine until Thursday morning! Organin, no-till Erdpurt run - Leaves curling down in early veg. Desease, pest or nutrient issue?What's probably happening to ErdPurt plants #2 and #3? Leaves are curling down witch makes me kind of worried about it being a desease, since they've been watered properly. Best case scenario, it's just a nutrient deficiency.
