How to make the best Tobacco pesticide?

HI Guys
To make tobacco pesticide for root APHIDS , should i use fresh tobacco, ashes or remain of the cigarettes?Its so confusing out there in the internet, should i boil it?Or PH it later when i want to spray?
2week remaind to my harvest and im very sensitive about the best way

Iam using fresh tobaco into water against aphids on the leaves,,,,,, for you infetication i would go with predators
never heard of root aphids btw,,,,, looking like thirpse? or any larvaes...
first step would be to find out what is chewing the roots
and to find the right predator

I personnaly use cigarette butts because I'm a cigarette smoker and never bothered to PH it tbh and it works.

Help! She is just 1 weeks old Does neem oil help spider mites and fungus gnats on soil?
