I’ve had some spider mites problem and some friends told me to use ladybugs because I’m flowering and it’s the safest option.I found 3 ladybugs outside and I place them inside with water and honey, they are not doing a thing, just chilling,I’m doing something wrong? Any tip?

1. Only 3 lady beetles... against how many hundreds or thousands of mites??? You can't expect only three to resolve the problem in one day. 2. Do you know what species of lady beetle you have? I think all species eat soft bodied insects like mites but some are better and faster than others.

Lady bugs you need them to have colonized basically, and spider mites are aggressive. I don’t think it’s gonna work. It’s the young larvae of the lady bug that eats the most bad bugs I believe. And yeah I’ve put about 500 in a tent and they barely held back aphids

Mix a little dawn soap in water in a spray bottle, about 20 drops in a windex size spray bottle and spray under every leaf first then the top sides. Won't hurt your bud but will kill mites on contact. Repeat to kill any hatching eggs. Only thing I ever use for mites.
