I have an acquaintance that uses root juice and they do not soak the soil with it. They just use 4 ml/ l as soon as they start watering.

Just to be sure, light mix means low nutrients, not a mix for using when growing under lights, ok?
Wait until until your plants are growing strongly before irrigating with root juice.
Pre-soaking the soil will not make your plants grow faster.

Roots showing from top of soil ?So I'm not sure what's goin on here, the other plants aren't doing it but this big one in the middle is, the roots are coming out from the top of the soil and being exposed.
it happened earlier in the grow and I just added a layer of soil after watering.
