Should I bin and start again?

If your only a week into flower and no sign of flower yet I would switch back to 18 hours until you get the healthy. Never good going into flower with stressed plants. Start watering the entire plant until runoff, then wait until it is dry a couple inches down before watering again. Check the runoff water to see where your ph and ec is at. If your to much higher than what your putting in then flush them at the proper ph and refeed when done. Put back into flower when you see new growth is coming out good. Never kill your girl, to much wasted time and money. With proper care you will have a great plant there. Cheers
