I think your answer is in your question. Unless you have chronically overfed her with nutrients, water, or the lack there of, is the first thing I would check and soon, before irreversible damage is done to your plant. Give her 2-3 litres (at least) to rehydrate the soil. You may find giving her 500ml every 20-30 minutes a better way to get the soil re-moistened. If you give all 2-3 litres at once, most likely the water will just run through the container without really being absorbed. By giving her 500ml every half hour or so, each lot of water will progressively "stick" to the soil more and more, swelling the substrate. This swelling up/rehydration of the soil will cause the subsequent 500ml applications of water to be absorbed, rather than just running straight through the soil. Hope this helps. ... Organoman.
PS - if she doesn't pick up over the next couple of hours with the spaced (20-30 minute intervals) of water applications, message me and we will try and find another solution. I would be very surprised if your plant won't recover from the watering though. After being rehydrated, she should continue growing normally. 😎
