Its no Problem to Harvest in Stages.....
I do it sometimes too... if my tent was to full and some buds had not got enough light

Yes, you can, people do it all the time. Just harvest whats mature and wait until the rest is finished. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember " Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time ".

Wet trim and get the kief?Is it worth it to pause the drying process and wet trim?

When to go from veg to flower? (and defoliate side question)How much longer would you recommend i keep them in Veg state before starting flowering?
They take up 1/4 (almost 1/3) of the grow spaces height.
Furthermore, i plan on defoiliating before flowering(1 week before so they can get over the stress) any tips on when/how much to remove
