you're totally fine, as you can see from the simple fact that when plants dont have enough light they start to stretch and yours are not stretching so it means they're getting enough light. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hey! Checking out the specs on those lights, they cover a 1Mx1M space, so if your growing space is bigger than 1Mx1M then yeah you'll need to double up. As for which lights, I'd go with LED anything with Samsung LM301B or LM301H.. making sure the light also has some blue, reds and far reds. Good luck and happy growing!
