Bottom leaves are turning yellow in the last couple of days with some brown spots and now it's spreading on the higher leaves. What's going on? Is it nitrogen deficiency?

Seems like you feed plenty, but you'd have to look into ppm provided and good habits when watering -- 20% runoff to drain or waste etc each time you irrigate. WAit until top ~1" is dry before repeating process. If you do all of that, it might be a deficiency. Otherwise, i'd consider other causes like lockout (buildup) or pH issues in the substrate it self. Check how much magnesium you provide via the labels of the products you use... ~80-100ppm or so would eliminate it as the cause and point toward lockout. Do the same for nitrogen, but it'd be really really rare for a formula to undershoot the N-component, but i guess it's possible. The dots and the fact it seems to start interveinally points me toward Mg-deficiency symptoms, but the cause i stick to what i say above... investigate soil pH first. Check label ppms of Mg and N too. These things will help illuminate a precise cause before doing anything to the plant or soil.
