So I think I'm gonna have to disagree with that..i don't believe they "require" different parameters. I think they can handle and be successful in different parameters. They both will thrive best in a 82-72 temperature and a 70-50% humidity, i think it's more about controlling the VPD for any strain of any variety. Regardless of auto or photo each strain can handle different variations.
But i do believe that an autoflower plant has had disease and mold/mildew and environmental strength built into its genes because of the ruderalis aspect...so I think it can handle different parameters better than a photoperiod would.
