Any stress you subject the plants too is going to harm their health. Harm the plants health and then causes trichome degradation, not enhancement. It would be like hitting yourself in the head with a sledgehammer right before doing an exam, believing the extra blood and hurt will make you think better! Why anyone would purposely stress their plants after 3-4 months of careful growing and right before harvest is beyond me! Healthy plant = healthy cannabinoids. It can be no other way. This is another urban myth, perpetuated by people who don't understand basic plant biology. Just like giving molasses, which does nothing directly for your plant and is another ridiculous urban myth. Just like extended darkness, another urban myth that just stresses your plant and leads to trichome degradation due to an almost comatosed metabolism, and does not, can not, in any way improve trichome quality. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Just another thing, for you or anyone else reading this, there is no point pasting links anywhere on this forum, as Grow Diaries does not enable this feature to work. Cheers.

It is just another stressor. Run risk of hermi the more stress you put on it. Personally I do not do this. Good luck 👍
