Hey man, you can start with lst as soon as it has a stem, but most people usually start training it between weeks 2-4..

I feel I over-stressed the plant. Seems like it's to small for it's age.

When stop LST?First time grower here. Have been doing LST, and it seems to work well. I've just spotted pistols, so she is starting to flower now. So my question is, should I stop LST?
