Hey man, you can start with lst as soon as it has a stem, but most people usually start training it between weeks 2-4..

Is LST a Good idea for those autoflo ?Should i try LST on some of those ladies or should i just let them be ? (Not right now but within the 2 next weeks). I saw it was possible to make LST on autoflo in the first 3 weeks but is it really gonna mate the crop bigger or is it just gonna stress the plant ?Week 2

Did I do this right?I did some LST and I have no idea if I did it right or not. Lol the last picture is a before. I had just tied the top down that time. This time I moved the fan leaves so the lower bits can get more light and I'm not sure if that was the correct thing to do. White widow auto.Techniques. LST

I let it go to the light...Failed attempt at lst in my opinion....?! I dunno, I don't like how it curved at the base...f-n steel was a bitch😂 and how it's getting out of the pot, can I fix her?
