Hey man, you can start with lst as soon as it has a stem, but most people usually start training it between weeks 2-4..

Can I continue to tie down LST'd stem to horizontal or is there increased risk of breakage?I tied down seedling plants 24hrs ago and they have straightened out much more quickly than I thought.
