Mold while trimming

thats mold yes you got it, good eye. there is a few ways to save a harvest, carefully cut out the mold and really inspect the bud, but would you feel comfortable knowing there was mold? what i would do is make hash out of it. the mold will wash away and you will have a harvest of hash , you may not get much but it would still give a harvest. or very carefully check each bud. you could always cut the buds down to a smaller size and let dry all separate as well. as part of the plant is still good. you also want to clean everything in the grow room with a bleach wipe. cords, sides of walls ect. clean your hands, scissors, everything, use rubbing alcohol to clean the succors if you have other ladies you may want to check them very carefully while your cleaning things, i would check top to bottom. hope this helps and im sorry about this i know it sucks i have been through it. keep your head up

Yea, that’s Botrytis. Carefully check your other buds and try your very bets not to cross contaminate (change gloves, cease airflow in that room > keep those spores from contaminating any healthy harvest that you’re about to dry/cure in the same space... This happens, you’re not alone, and it can be a good learning experience. It may just be your most dense, main cola (pictured?) that is affected so carefully check the rest

cut that area out -- err on side of cutting some non-molded material... clean the snips before doing so, if oyu think they touched mold... clean after doing so no matter what.... just clean before and after before moving back to trimming, lol. if you hands touched it, clean them or change gloves... avoid cross-contamination. Cut out all the mold and it should be smokeable... i'd further segregate anything from that area from other buds while drying and curing, again in case of cross-contamination or simply missing a bit ... can limit losses. Look it over carefully... discoloration, stink... if localised to that one spot, should be okay. Just don't try to cut too close.. removed some good stuff along edges of contamination to be safe.
