I'd love some insight into how I am doing, if anyone cares to throw a little constructive criticism my way! This is all very new to me, so research, message boards and these journals is all I've really had to go by. I'd love to hear what you think. Thoughts? Advice? Cheers!

White Areas forming on PotsI have white areas forming on out side of both pots now. I think they are salts. The other half is worried it is mold. The color is white and it looks be soaked into the fabric. There are white " points " coming out in heavy effected areas as well as other areas. Roots I think

Erratic light cycles for the first weekAny experience with keeping a seedling in 12/12 to begin with, then switching over to 18/6 after the first week? Watering run-off question (sorry for noob question but there are so many different / confusing opinions online)Hello. I know that I shouldn't water unless the top inch of soil is dry, but when I do add water should I add enough to get 10% run off even with a day-19 plant?
