Defoliation week 4

I was wondering if it is ok to defoliate some of the middle fan leaves to allow light to get to some of the lower growth. The plants are both in the start of week 4 and are getting heavy with leaves in the middle and at the bottom of the plant.

i wouldn't defoliate at this stage . maybe if u really want u could remove just 1 or max 2 fan leaves that u think block the most light . she is too young

Hey for sure you can remove those bottom/middle fan leaves. I would try and leave the big ones at least 6 of them so the energy still gets absorbed. Hope that helps

Should I defoliate light-blocking leaves from my NL auto?My NL auto is at D40 and is growing well. She's developing a good lot of cola's with nice bud sites. ??When should I do the last defoliation ??I hear a lot never to do anything in flower that would stress the plants,pistols are showing but no solid buds. I want to hear what you guys have gone through. I’m kinda worried if I do I might hurt them more than help. Thank you in advance for your time.

two main leaves almost the size of a hand 5 leafy an also about thoes 3 leafy ones from bottom

Cutting fan leavesJust cut my fan leaves 😳 the stems we’re turning people, if I’m not mistaken it’s an early sign of an old leave that’s not as efficient in the photosynthesis? and it was covering the new growth, Or should I have waited?

Input on if I defoliated right?I defoliated about 15-20% last night right before feeding, I've never took off that much before, she isn't drooping at all this morn and seems to look good. Jus looking for input advice on if I did it right or not, u really can't tell how much I took off. Thoughts appreciated.
