Hi @mike6426! I agree on the pest diagnosis, it looks like you're having small invaders sucking nutrients out of your leaves. Double check onto & below your leaves, use a magnifier and be very attentive, some are almost invisible for the human eye. I've experienced very good results using neem-oil and crushed garlic. Mix 10~12 drops of pure neem-oil in a liter of water diluted with a quarter of crushed garlic, spray at night when the sun is down, or in the morning before the heat (spray everywhere, onto and below the leaves). Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊

hey man looks like basic overwatering to me, basically you slightly over watered several times in a row causing the plant to stock up some water, you can tell by the puffy space in between the leaves. However the soil also stocked up water and this extra humidity caused bacteria to grow and cause root problems, this is what is making your leaves curl downwatds and some of the leaves to burn from the "extra" availability of nutrients and pH fluctuations due to the overwatering. So what you can do is let it dry nicely, as a bonus, if you have any use enzymes like canna zym or chelation agents like humic and fluvik acids to break down the problem roots and help the plant recover. Hope this helps ! 🚀

@mike6426, Are you 100 % sure there aren't any bugs? Did you use a Digital Microscope? You can pick one up on Amazon. Some of these pests can't be seen with the naked eye. All of the other plants look really healthy. I assume you are feeding them the same. Sometimes there are genetic defects as well. Good Luck! I got one similar to this. Downloaded an app from Google Play. I also use it to check my trichomes for harvest time. https://www.amazon.com/Microscope-Digital-Adapter-Compatible-Android/dp/B07JQCWDSC/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=photo&ie=UTF8&qid=1549134919&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=digital+microscope&psc=1

Take a look under your leaves , I bet on some bugs. If there are bugs Then you can use a bit of neem oil mixed with water and manualy apply it with some cotton or a tissue as your plant is still short so it is not necessary to spray something 😊✌️🏼
