I would do mote of a selection trimming and pruning. You go too much and will change your results for less yield

It's totally up to you lots of growers strip the bottom smaller branches off it will ensure everything is getting to the bigger buds rather than the plant using energy on the lower smaller buds also remove any leaves blocking out light ๐๐

How do you tell when it is time to water your plants and is it a good idea to put an inch of perlite on top of the growing medium?

Popcorn/ mini branches keep/remove?
Buds are tiny not fattening at week 6. I also have lots of popcorn nugs. Being first growth not sure to remove them or keep them at this late in flowering (week 6), might stress the girls out or might even help fattening buds? Should i clean up the leaves as well?

Is it time for light defoliation?
These plants are all 4 almost 5 weeks since seed. Top leaves on the large one at the back are shadowing those beneath it. A couple leaves at the bottom are extremely limp due to not receiving enough light. Is it time for a light defoliation? How do I distinguish which leaves?

Mainlining HST defoliation too much for one go?
Hi guys, is mainlining + defoliation + HST in form of squishing the main stem at different places with my fingers and wiring the shit out of them too much for one go? :D (BTW. I didn't clean out everything underneath! Should I?)

Hi there! I've gone and done some LST to my plants, you can see it pictured above. Have I gone over the top with it and was it a bit late in starting? I'm also now thinking of lowering my 600w LED from 60 to 50/45cm for the now LSTed branches. Worth it? Cheers

Defo or not
Week 3 Iโm thinking I may do a heavier defoliation to expose bud sites but have had seeds in the past and am wondering if defo stress could be to blame. On the other side of it that canopy is packed and dark underneath, no light is getting through. Anybody have any suggestions?

So this plant is in week 8 now, 50 days and still hasnโt formed any flowers- seems to be vegging forever. Light schedule is 20/4 - breeder says will flower at 18/6 - is it not going to flower because itโs getting too much light? Is this possible for an auto? Any advice? Thank you

Defoliation in mid-late flowering
Can I still be defoliating in week 5-6 of flowering? The buds seem quite leafy and a lot of the lower sites aren't getting light, I feel like if I removed some of the larger fan leaves on top it would let the full cola grow thick bud sites rather than just the tops?
