would like to know why the stem of my plants go up very quickly without getting fat. I respected the temperature, the humidity, the ph, the soil, the distance of the lamps (40cm) etcetc. It is due to a lack or excesses of something or it is normal? I posted more photos to see

@GlobeSurfer They are climbing towards the light but now that they are so leggy this gives you an oppurtunity to make the plants super strong
Simply bury half of that main stem when you repot them so that only half of it is above ground level. The stem which gets buried will eventually grow roots of its own
giving your plant more access to moisture and nutrients .

Is your plant looking for light perhaps the pot farthest from your lamp? Me when one of my plants is looking for the light I climb it higher by putting it on a hold or I rotate my pots every day. By swapping your pot with another one you will know if it's because of the light or just a capricious genetics
I urge you to put a fan (not too strong anyway) that will allow your plants to strengthen its roots and therefore better assimilate nutrients.

The stems are so small because the plant is looking for light. Your light is to weak/ to far away from her. Solutions: Go if possible closer to the light. Give soil around the stems, and dig her deeper if you tanplant. Give her airflow ( the lants shoul move alittle from the wind) do some training with her. Take your hand horizontal above the plant, take the "stem" between 2 fingers, and shake the stem. Little cracks apear in the stm and fatten it up. Airlow does the same ( wind in the nature) and getting closer does the same
