I can see that you write 30c and 16c , thatβs a lot of difference between your temps and that will stun the seedlings.
In flo max 10c difference +- in veg is better stay on like 5c difference

Can a 1000w LED grow light be closer than 60cm (24") to a seedling?Different sources are saying: 1000w LED light should not be closer to a seedling than 60-75cm (24"-30"). The seedling should be getting 5000-7000 lux, 100-300 PAR (PPFD 18h) and 12-20 DLI.
Question: Can I put the light closer at ~40cm, dimmed to match the needed lux, par and dli

friends, help me figure out what's going on!?((the little sprout had symptoms earlier! the bigger one just started to dry the tips today!(friends, help me identify the symptoms!?I don't understand that this is a nutrient burn? or the light or something else!? Almost two weeks old, got her first spot on a leafWhat do you guys think is the cause of this? She is only 13 days old. Is it a light burn? She's getting 16-20 DLI until she develops more leaves. - I have a greenhouse ceiling that covers 50% of the terrace
- should I grow the plants always under this ceiling, or if it is beneficial to expose the plants to direct sunlight?
- If so, how old the plant has to be to expose it to the sunlight? I don't want to burn my seedling
