Is it time to defoliate or note? Asking as I have read to do a little Defol as they start to flower, not sure what is the right moment and to be honest what the right fan leaves to remove?

At the moment i will let them grow, they are so tiny that u can hurt them.
Maybe one big leaves per plant or two max with the second week to help the stem to grow

my light schedule is 18/6 with lights ON over NIGHT my question is, can i take it off tent instead of leaving them in dark for the 6 hours OFF during day? to take advantage of the natural day light, because its an autoflower i dont see a problem but i want to ear you guys first😀Week 7

Can I defoliate?Hey guys, I was thinking about going on a mega defoliation mission tomorrow and chopping almost all the fan leaves off my plant to free up some space for the buds. Should I defoliate?????Day 48 from seed sprouting and she is so amazing. The main cola has become beautiful and is getting thicker every day. Had to remove other plants my back up if I screwed up now I have three growing great. Wasn't planning to defoliate but it seems done a lot. Should I ?????
