Is it time to defoliate or note? Asking as I have read to do a little Defol as they start to flower, not sure what is the right moment and to be honest what the right fan leaves to remove?

At the moment i will let them grow, they are so tiny that u can hurt them. Maybe one big leaves per plant or two max with the second week to help the stem to grow

Week three of bloom cycle , Looks like a lot of bud sites , maybe I should have removed a lot of smaller bud sites on the bottom to help the bigger buds on the top , would it be too late in the bloom cycle to remove the lower smaller growth on my really leafy plants😏😏✋

From a 15l smart pot i ended up with about 6l as it was my first time and i did not compress the soil to wait for it to lower. With this 6l pot, will i get at least 20g dry weight ? Plant looks pretty good, grows 10cm a week, hovewer im not sure if i limited its grow a lot?
