If you are looking for quality, I would always suggest leaving all healthy green leaves on your plant to produce the energy she needs to grow her biggest and best flowers and only removing any yellow leaves. The older and large "fan" leaves also act as storage sites for vital growth elements such as carbs, sugars, amino acids etc that your plant will draw upon during flowering. Any reduction of healthy green leaves just results in less energy being produced, leading to slower and potentially smaller growth and a reduction of readily available "pre-made" vital growth elements she needs to grow her biggest and best flowers. Tying her branches down can be beneficial as well as some thoughtful "lollipopping" - I like to remove the small branches but leave any big "fan" leaves in place to produce energy and to store vital growth elements. Hope this helps,....
