Can I Defoliate These Leaves lol noob question I know

Hello growmies out there! Doing my first grow and LST going down well, was curious a bout defoliation of all those massive fan leaves and the ones that have got the brown spots.. Can I defoliate them slowly?? Sorry to ask I just ain’t sure how much stress the plants can take! 😊

As a first time autoflower grower...
...i'm gonna go with no.
But...
If you really must do it apply different methods of defoliation on each of those, this way you can learn what happens when you removed X leaf, and what happens with Y leaf, and what happens with removal of X and Z leaves... i think u got the point by now.
But i wouldn't do any defoliation if i was in ur shoes. (Don't belive me? Read it from the pro's)

If it was a photodependent, sure, experiment at will, but its not, and i'm guessing ur growing for yields not for experimenting only, so i wouldnt experiment on those auto's as it very likelly will significantly reduce ur yields.

Defoliated 2 fan leaves - pre flowering! :(I've just removed 2 big fan leaves that were potential light blockers.
I've just read that defoliating when flowering can stress the plant and reduce yield.
The first pistels have appeared in the last few days and I only removed two leaves.

What leaves are ok to remove?Hi! Is it fine to remove the upper fan leaves on this plant as well or should I wait thill the side branches get bigger leaves? I removed the lowers leaves after LST so nothing touches the soil, but some of them are blocking a bit light for the new growth. Thanks!
