Should I start pulling the leaves at the bottom that are yellowing/dying? I've read that first time growers shouldn't attempt defoliation on the first grow.

Jouw plant heeft eigenlijk niet zoveel bladeren, ontbladeren is hier niet nodig. Ik vind dat dit enkel in geval van zeer zwaar bossige planten een voordeel kan zijn. Jouw planten hebben de bladeren echt nodig. Als er gele afstervende bladeren zijn, en ze vallen er praktisch af, dan verwijder je ze beter natuurlijk. Probeer te achterhalen waarom je in week 3 al gele bladeren hebt, beter voorkomen dan genezen🙂 Heb je teveel voeding gegeven of heb je net een voedingstekort? Loopt je water goed af? Is de ph waarde in orde? Bekijk dit eens. Ik hoop dat ik kon helpen! Veel succes🌱

I only ever defol when I wanna guarantee good airflow through the entire grow, to keep the leaves out the way of bud sights (when they can't be tucked/tied out the way) or to reduce humidity a bit but that's only in the summer generally. Otherwise it's pointless. It's like having a roof full of solar panels and thinking "Ya know what, I'm gonna rip one of them solar panels off for no reason at all so my house produces less power" lol, know what I mean?

Excessive leaf growth during flowering I am growing two autos (Orange Punch and Lemon Kix, both by Dutch Passion) side by side under a single 2000W Phlizon LED. Both are in week 8. The LK looks fantastic. The OP is starting to develop a lot of leaves now. This happened to my previous Orange Bud Auto as well. Why?

Defo or not Week 3 I’m thinking I may do a heavier defoliation to expose bud sites but have had seeds in the past and am wondering if defo stress could be to blame. On the other side of it that canopy is packed and dark underneath, no light is getting through. Anybody have any suggestions?
