I would top the plant and let it have another 10 days to recover before flipping to 12/12. I would not give any bloom feeds until after the first week. Keep a eye on internodes for any hermaphrodite traits. Personally I wouldn’t have the plant wet when the lights turn on, the water droplets acts like a magnifying glass and can burn the leaf. If you have to spray do it right before lights off so it has time to dry. Lastly I would remove that other seedling from the pot and put it in its own container before the roots get intertwined with the other bigger plant. Happy growing buddy and hope this helps👍
