You could, however you will see reduced yield, autoflowers do best with 18-20 hours of light a day. Happy growing.

Erratic light cycles for the first weekAny experience with keeping a seedling in 12/12 to begin with, then switching over to 18/6 after the first week? 12/12 From Seed preflower/transition period?12-12 from seed.. Middle of week 5. Plant is topped at 3rd node and 1st node is also removed.. Leaving only 2 nodes (4 branches).. In 12-12FS, is there a preflower phase? Like a week or 2 of just preflower.. Then after that the flower stretch and whatnot?? Anybody know???Week 5

If this was yours, how would you proceed?Going into week 6. I just clipped the bad leaves that show in the picture and will be switching to the growing stage.
