Hi, I have a question .. i found something interesting in the internet about shortening flowering stage by changing light schedule from 12/12 to 10/10. Is that makes sense ?

Does not make sense as the math don't add up. There is 24 hours per day. What happened to the extra 4 hours?

Why does this take so long ?I have three Thai landrace Mekong sativas from Ace Seeds (you can check my diary). Is it normal for them to take this long? I'm in week 16, and there's still no sign of trichomes. One of them is only in the early flowering stage. It seems really weird.

Lighting, to early, flowering, can I stop this or no. New growerMight be dumb but eh ohwell 1st time grower. Need to know for my next seeds I plant.. Putting back into veg before pistils and sexual maturity?Can you veg even after a 12/12 from seed has been in flower room 3 weeks shes just not big enough and would also like to top her so I really am considering it, the reason being is I can't see one pistil yet which means she's not mature, I don't see why it would make a difference

Won't flower tried 72 hours of Darkness now it looks worseI put this plant into 72 hours of Darkness to induce budding when I flipped it for 12 to 12 I watered and put it under my lights and it's looking fried can anybody help me with some advice it's been been showing pistils forever it's looking hella distressed

Auto wouldn’t flower until 12/12, switch back?So I have this cream mandarine auto that would not flower. I had it at 12/12 for he last two weeks and it finally started. Weird Autos (RQS NLA, same strain) still vegging day 50. Only some preflower, but nice plants. WHAT would YOU do?!This is the most unpredictable auto flowers I've ever had. It will be 50 days soon and only preflower on one plant. Ive used a 12/12 light schedule on autos before. Should I try this on these plants? If, so keep it 12/12 untill the end? If this was yours, how would you proceed?Going into week 6. I just clipped the bad leaves that show in the picture and will be switching to the growing stage.
