hi guys this is the first time I use a 400w hps agro lamp, I have some doubts regarding the distance to keep from the apical tip of the plants, now I'm keeping it at 50 cm but I think I can bring it closer, advice?? Thanks

400 watt hps can be kept much closer than 600 and 1000 watt. Just use the back of your hand and if its comfortable at the distance you want it from your girls, then your plants will be fine. Cheers

Help with issues ID I have a photoperiod in a 5 gal using BAS light. It is currently day 3 of week 4 , and I'm getting some damage on the tops. Would this be light stress or another issue? The tips are starting to go light green. Using the 200 watt light for the 2x4x8 ac infinity tent.

Do you lower light intensity and temps towards the end of flower?So I’m in mid flower, start of week 7 to be exact. I’m curious on when you guys start pulling back light intensity and going with a little cooler temps. I’m running a 240W S33 from AC infinity in a 3x3. How to manage a tall plant with a thick stem in week 1 of flowering?One plant I ordered online was pre-grown. Now, it’s about 20 cm taller than my other plants. UV LED slowing down growth? Sorry previous question without the question!The plant has a rectangular area in the middle where it is not growing as quickly. The difference is almost 10cm. I suspect the lamp. Could it be that the centrally installed UV LEDs are causing this? They should grow more inside because of more light.

Hight Problems I’ve got 3 plants in my tent, but they’re all different heights. To compensate, I’ve hung my light at an angle, so one end is closer to the smaller plants. My question is: Does this help, or am I better off keeping the light level? Any tips for dealing with uneven plant heights?
