Root rot in (re-used) coco?

Medium: coco/perlite (65/35), 25L AirRap pots. Re-used from last grow after 2 months drying followed by rinsing all the cocodust away. There was still rootmaterial from last growth in there. Plants are droopy all the time, stunted grow, but no rotten egg smell. Is this root rot?

I see a bit of old root growth but not to much root rot. By what i see, you have at least 90% healthy roots. Ive reused the same soil going on my 2nd grow using the old mulched up root systems with no issues and healthy plants from seed to harvest. Make sure you sanitize the pot and flush the soil as a precaution. If the soil is still fertile to grow in why not reuse soil when you can? However if you aren't 100% confident reusing it, then the best choice is always new soil.
