Hi there,Here’s my advice for you to perform LST.First, Cover your top soil until your cotyledon is embedded in soil.Start bending your main stem in one direction,as parallel as possible to the ground.Be careful not to break the stem. Counteract that bend from opposite side.So that your main stem can’t fall off easily and accidentally.Then continue on doing that as the main stem growing taller.Do the same to the other branches and spread the branches to side way.Don’t worry if the leaves touch the soil.It’s normal.Happy growing... ✌️

First, you should make some holes in the pot to have anchor points for the plant. The basic concept, however, is to bend the plant downwards to achieve a low and even canopy. If you check out my diary, you can get an idea. Good luck :)

How to Stop from growing taller?My girl is 40cm tall at day 36. my box is 70cm total. I'm running out of space! Hello guys Help.... 700W LED Full spectrum IS IT EXACTLY?!?!.. Tropicana banana - week 11, growth has stopped, fertilizer - florra trio (according to the chart), could it have gotten stressed during LST? Or during topping? The main thing!
