I start training between day 14 to 21. I lay my plants totally down as well. You can start training early as long as your getting proper light.

Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help. It was by accident, I have nerve damage and arthritis so I can't keep my hands still that much especially standing.2y ago

my lst is ok?i had my first LST on my plants. i I tried to do it in 2 different ways, one bending the The main stem with a little movement of the leaves , the other is just to move the fan leaf's to to open up the leafs that block the light.

TRAINING TOO MUCH??Does anyone think i might be going overboard with training? Plant is around 60 days but about day 21 had health issues stripped back and it came back thick.
