I start training between day 14 to 21. I lay my plants totally down as well. You can start training early as long as your getting proper light.

Please help with LST on Seedsman Auto LemonShe grows very squat and bushy. 3 weeks and only 13cm high. Big fan leaves cover many branches and grow nodes completely. Not sure what to do with her.
