I start training between day 14 to 21. I lay my plants totally down as well. You can start training early as long as your getting proper light.

By the third node, it should be strong enough to start training. 👍🏼

ProblemsIve been trying to let my plants recover from doing stupid lst in like 2-3 weeks first grow mistakes.
