So, I seen all my seeds were popping, so I checked out zkittlez organic and I could see the brown seed shell and was on its side, so I poked and proded and pult out a bent over stem, with a part of the shell husk not apart of the process, how will this effect it?

Never touch a sprout. You risk damaging the very tender sprout when you "help". If the seed/sprout is healthy it will do everything it needs to. It doesn't need help shedding the seed husk and needs no help emerging from the ground.

Yeah, I had a feeling that would be the case. But this was trapped and bending itself in a little shape of the half seed. It's standing tall and pretty now. But, yeah, will just leave in future. Thanks

Just leave it be, it will sort itself out, unless you have damaged it beyond hope by poking and prodding it unnecessarily.

A little bit of a bent stem but not to worry friend. She just was probably planted upside down. Now that the cotyledons are free she should sort herself in time. She’ll start reaching for the light. Don’t mess with her too much. Just maintain environment for a seedling and you should be fine. Merry Christmas 🎄🤙
