Way too early to tell. Single calyxes will grow from the base of either where the branch connects to the main stem or where the leaf stem joins the branch. Look for tiny white hairs (pistils) coming out from the individual calyxes. Male flowers usually look like they have a "hooked" upper section over an inner oval structure. After a few days, the male flowers will start growing a stalk that will grow on an approximate angle of 45 degrees out from the stem, all the while adding more and more football shaped male flowers. Until the male flower start opening, your other female plants will be safe from pollination. If you go to the home page of Grow Diaries, click on the "Journal" option and when you scroll down you will find good pictures of male and female flowers. Hope this helps.... Organoman.

I had one that didn’t show the signs early either, has some “pistols” like yours but in other places it didn’t. Turned out to be a male. Best thing to do is keep growing it and you’ll be able to EASILY tell the ball sacks if it’s a male or a hermaphrodite. Keep an eye on it constantly. Happy growing!!!! 🌱💚

Unfortunately there is no formed organs yet for us to identify. At least none that I can see. Come back in a week with some close ups on the second and third nodes down from the top. 🤘😤

Yeah I’m leaning female on this just from one of the nodes honestly but the other nodes are a toss up it seems. it is really tough to tell.. a clearer pic would help, zoomed in on the nodes

To early to tell. It can take another week or so p to the 8 weeks. It all depends on strain and genetic and image need to be more focused on the nodes. Basical at one poind during uts preflowerin phase anywhere from week 6-8 at the nodes where the new branching sprout. You have (nit sure the english term but in french is bracté) two tail pointing upward at the base of the stem and next to it the first preflower will apear. One male or one femal. They are very small has they developpe one will have 2 tiny white hair smaller then a human hair.. thats how you can tell. Its easy to see when you hold the plant and manipulate it to the light. Very hard tilo capture in photo. And usually ends up being a contest of who's right who's not. As they devellope it will be easier to spot. People like to find out early to know if they shold stop waisting time on a plant.... Ibtried to zoom in has much as my cell will let me. Image is clear but i cannot zoom enough. Also the first preflower tend to show at the base if the most advance internode ir the one above. In the mid section of the plant as is ut de most developpe part of the plant
