Is she overwatered or underwatered? It's hard for me to see the differences and if it's overwatered, is it possible to recover or does it look bad enough to be root rot? Or is it hard to tell? Leaves on the bottom have started to yellow as well.

So based on what I see and the stats I read on your diary , yes you are over water as well as over feeding the plant with nutrients . The classic sings are all there to see that you have over watered your plant . The drooping leaves are a big indicator for that . This can also be mistaken for under watering as well but what leads me to believe that it's over watering is the fact that your leaves are also very very dark . This is due to nitrogen overdose . You can indefinitely save this plant she is still in very excellent shape to do so . I would firstly recommend that you only water when your medium feels dry . A good way to measure this would be to stick your index finger into your medium up to the first knuckle if its dry dry then you need to water your plant and if it's still moist then you know your ok for another little while . Another good way to measure is before and after you water your plant pick up the pot that its in to see how it feels in weight , this way you can compare the 2 and it will give you a rough idea of when to water next . To help prevent any further damages that may happen you may want to put a fan with the wind blowing at your pot this way you can help it dry out a little quicker so the damages are minimalized . I would only advise doing this until your medium is at a level of dryness you find acceptable . With all that being said now its time to look at your nitrogen over dose . I wouldnt feed with anymore nitrogen because now that your showing signs of pre flower it wont be long till you dont really need it in the mix . I advise you only feed with PH corrected water for the time being or if your going to feed with nutrients to start feeding with your flowering solution . Only feed with nutrients every 2nd or 3rd watering this way you can prevent overdoses and nutrient lock outs as well as ensure the plant uses up most of the nutrients available to it before adding new ones . Over all this is an easy fix with lots of potential :). I hope this information serves you well on your journey ! -Happy Growing!

Since your pot is too big for the plant current size, you are most probably over watering, but you did not post any data regarding how much water you are giving it, so I can't say for sure. It does look overfed though, those dark green leaves are not healthy; too much grow nitrogen.

I dont see any signs of overwatering. The soil looks dry in the pic. They start drinking quite a bit at this point. If it is dry then they will perk up after a good watering. The leaves look pretty dark so it wont hurt to flush a little extra water and nutrients out of the pots.
