Does it makes sense to defoliate (schwazzing) sativas before switching to 12/12? I have done it in former grows (indicas and hybrids) successfull but i dont have expirience with 100% sativa strains. Thanks for every advice! :D

Yes. Light defoliation is a great general practice for overall health and maintenance of your indoor plants. The amount of defoliation depends on the strain, Sativas typically need less and Indicas being typically more short and bushy would require more. Generally speaking, only remove leaves that look unhealthy, or are blocking light from getting to lower spots to help your grow be as efficient as possible. Hope this helps, happy growing!

I use the Kyle kushman technique on all my plants sativa and indicas. It makes a huge difference in bud size and appeal
