Can I defoliate?

She's in week 8 and I am wondering if I can heavily defoliate her because she's full of leaves but I also don't want to slow down flowering process since I don't have much time before I flush her and harvest..any suggestion? Thank you and take a look to the diary for other pics:)

Hey Mark,
Your flowers are looking nice, and coming along great. Looking at the diary it doesn't look like it's too bushy so I'd only do a mild defoliation if any. Look and see if there's any leaves that are really blocking the light from a bud, if it can be tucked out of the way you might want to do that first, then if not remove just a few leaves that are in the way. Usually when i defoliate a bushy plant i still try to only remove about 20% of the leaves because the few that lost too many leaves took a long time maturing and just weren't as healthy.

Hello. In your future grows try to trim and take leaves in weeks 3 and 5 of flowering. You've left it too long. A minor trim now and then leave it alone till harvest. Good Luck. Chuck.
