Is it the Dr. earth all purpose fertilizer? (the 4-4-4 one?) if so then apply about 2 heaping tablespoons per gallon of growing medium used about every 4 weeks. try adding bat guano and worm castings during veg, then add kelp and ground oyster/clam shells during flowering. Remember that these dry organic elements break down slowly so start your flushing 2 weeks before harvest rather than 1. I'd also suggest looking into compost teas for a faster nutrient breakdown in the soil and uptake by the plant. Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)
