Hi everyone, since i started growing from my self I've always had problem with the amounts, both hydroponic and earth... Any suggestion? I was thinking about cutting all branches except the major...What do u think?

hi, I think that cutting all the branches is extra stress for the plant, a few weeks before flowering and then you can defoliate the larger leaves and lower branches of the plant where the light does not reach, the secret of defoliation is to do it gradually at a time . you can also scrog with a net and then LST, this will help you spread and even out all the branches at the same height. good luck mate

@Tagre During the grow removing a few leaves is ok but I never cut branches unless it is imperative

Yes trimming a lot of the lower branches that don't get much light will help improve your yield and quality of your buds. I top mine then train them for a few weeks. When the flower stretch starts I remove any branch that isn't fighting hard to make it to the top. Good luck!
