Were my seeds old/bad?

Try a different method like placing the seeds in a shot glass with warm water and leaving it in a dark place, like a cupboard, for 24-36 hours. They say to use distilled water, but I never do and still have a pretty good germination rate. I've tried the bag and paper towel method and it works best if you place the bag on a warming mat or another source of warmth. Just make sure it's not too warm. So, you don't cook your seeds! I prefer soaking the seeds for at least 24 hours opposed to the paper towel method. With the paper towel from start, you could start growing mold before the seed sprouts. aww bless... this isnt THE answer to the question but conclusion to my experiments and failures. I think it maybe because of outdoors (too cold for it or some shit). Just to keep chances to maximum, I would do germination indoors where its warm enough. Avoid direct light. Using slightly infused water with rhyzotonic, would also help crack the shell faster. other variants must be available on market too, I've just tried this one. feel free to post any probing questions u have, by no means a master or anything but have failed too much
